KLE Brand LLC — Growth Studio Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KLE Brand LLC handles information for KLE Growth Studio and this public information site. Growth is currently an invitation-only pilot; planned integrations do not collect platform data until implemented and authorized.

Information processed

  • Account access: the hosting sign-in service processes identity information. Growth receives an authenticated user identifier and may receive an email address to identify the signed-in visitor.
  • Media and instructions: uploaded files, portfolio/customer identifiers, version and approval references, checksums, captions, publishing preferences and delivery receipts.
  • Connected platforms: where authorized and supported, account or channel IDs, names, handles, permission scopes, access and refresh tokens, publishing identifiers/status, and available account or content performance totals.
  • Planning data: drafts, links, experiments and manually entered results can be stored in the user's browser. Exported copies are controlled by the person exporting them.
  • Support: information you send when requesting help or deletion.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate permitted users, identify the intended social account, receive and validate approved media, carry out authorized publishing actions, prevent duplicate actions, report supported results and investigate service errors. Growth does not request social-account passwords through chat or store them as publishing credentials.

Sharing and service providers

Authorized media and post details are sent to the social platform selected for publication. Hosting, storage, authentication and support providers process information needed to operate the service. A social platform controls content once published under its own policies. Planning exports and reports are shared when an authorized user chooses to export or share them. Automatic delivery to Animation Studio is not active in the current pilot.

Growth does not sell personal information or use connected-platform information for targeted advertising. This information site contains no added advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting providers may process technical request and security information under their own policies.

Storage and security

Server-held authorization credentials are encrypted by the application. Media and operational records use access-controlled storage. Planning information may remain in browser storage. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee that every security incident can be prevented.

Retention, disconnection and deletion

Operational media, connection records and publishing receipts are currently retained until removed by an authorized operator or through a verified deletion request. Automatic retention expiry is not implemented in this pilot. Browser planning records remain until the user clears them. Service providers may retain separate security logs or backup copies under their own policies.

You can revoke Growth's authorization in the connected platform's settings. Revocation stops use of that grant but does not automatically remove stored media, records or posts already published. To request access, correction, export or deletion of Growth-held information, email walmartklebrand@gmail.com. Identify the service and account concerned; do not send passwords or tokens. We will verify the request and explain any information that must be retained for security, dispute or legal reasons. You can delete published posts through the relevant social platform.

Children

Growth's creator and business tools are intended for adults authorized to manage their accounts. They are not a service for children to create accounts or submit personal information. KLE's educational content does not make Growth's account-management service child-directed.

Changes and contact
